Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
- Setting up administrative procedures of VTC
- Working with accounting & finance consultants of the company to review existing and set up new accounting & finance systems for VTC.
- Taking memos and Maintaining files( administrative, finance, HR, Clients projects)
- Sending and receiving Correspondences
- Taking part in customer relations and experiencing VTC
- Assist the MD & Other members of management in overseeing policy formulation and implementation of financial, monetary, economic, trade and development as well as innovation matters
- Managing finances ( financial plans, accounting, payments, debt recovery, etc.
- Keeping records of all financial transactions
- Generating financial reports such as income statements, cash flow statements, etc...
- Data entry
- Word processing
- Office management
- Documents preparation and Filing
- Presentation creation
- Answering phones
- Marketing & sales of company solutions both online & offline
- Customer service & relations
- Other duties that will be assigned by line managers
